Ordering and payment

TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Select the size on each product you wish to purchase and add to cart. When you're done, click on your shopping bag or go direct to the checkout. You will be able to fill in your payment, billing and delivery details.
Review your order.
Submit your order.
Receive an online order confirmation.

Once we have received your order, an automated confirmation of receipt will be displayed on the Website. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted or that a contract has been made.  Noctem will confirm acceptance to you by sending you an Order Confirmation by e-mail which confirms that Noctem has accepted your order.

We strongly suggest that you print or download your Order Confirmation for future reference.

When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Noctem reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. 

 

CHANGING / CANCELLING AN ORDER

Unfortunately we are unable to change any order details including sizes, styles, shipping address or email once an order has been placed, double check everything before placing the order.

When the order is placed, it is not possible to cancel it.

 

EXCHANGE RATES:

All prices are listed in Euro , and you will be charged in Euro. If you're outside of the Euro zone, your bank or credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency.

 

SALES TAX:

Is automatically determined by your shipping address - and may be added depending on your country/ state/ city.
